About
Jeannie Ortega Law is a singer, songwriter, actress, author, and speaker whose dynamic career spans pop stardom, faith-based ministry, and journalism. Born in Brooklyn of Puerto Rican descent Ortega's music career began in her teens when she signed with Hollywood Records. Her debut album, No Place Like BKLYN, featured the hit single “Crowded,” which reached the Top 25 on the Billboard Hot 100 and was certified Gold for radio airplay. The album debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Heatseekers chart. That same year, she toured nationally as the opening act for Rihanna.
In 2007, Ortega experienced a profound spiritual transformation, leading her to become a follower of Christ and redirect her artistic focus. Her most recent album, Letting Go (2024), marked her return to music after nearly a decade.
Ortega now resides in Orlando, Florida, with her husband, Rev. Renn Law. Together, they lead Most High King Ministries, a global outreach dedicated to equipping and empowering people to walk in their God given destiny
